Our 365-Day Guarantee

We offer a 365-day return window beginning on the date your order is delivered.

If you experience a problem with the quality of your purchase, including a manufacturing defect, printing error, damaged merchandise, or an incorrect item, please contact us at info@institchestees.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

We will review your request and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Replacements and Refunds

For confirmed manufacturing defects, printing errors, damaged merchandise, or incorrect items, we will provide a complimentary replacement or refund.

We generally prefer to replace defective products so you can enjoy the item you originally ordered. However, refunds are available for qualifying claims.

Made-to-Order Merchandise

Because our products are printed specifically for each order, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and order details before purchasing.

Returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes selected by the customer, changes of mind, or personal preferences are not ordinarily accepted.

Normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage after delivery are not covered by our quality guarantee.

Return Shipping

For approved returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, we cover the return shipping costs when a physical return is required.

In many cases, a return shipment will not be necessary.
